Frequency

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving order.  Orders are not sent out on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping in Australia 

Standard Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 (3-7 business days)

Express Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $16.95  (2-3 business days)*

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. 
*Shipping within Australia is estimated to take 3-7 business days. *Express post is 1-3 days, however this time frame excludes suburbs out of metro areas. *Please note once the order leaves our premises we do not have control over transit times.  

Shipping in New Zealand 

Standard Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $25.95  (7-12 business days)* Does not include any customs processing times or delays. 

Shipping Outside of Australia & New Zealand 

Orders are shipped to all countries via Australia Post & partnering couriers in local country. Shipping rates are and calculated at checkout or you can use the Australia Post postage calculator http://auspost.com.au/apps/postage-calculator.html to estimate postal charges.

Discreet Packaging

All packaging is 100% discreet so you can have it delivered to your workplace or share accommodation.

Liability

Pelvi endeavour to meet stated delivery dates however are not liable for any losses, costs or damages incurred by the customer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Pelvi does not cover any custom fees for international orders. 

If you cannot find a parcel delivered by Australia Post, you can call them for further information on 13 11 18. Unfortunately Pelvi does not have authority to request this information on your behalf.
